Shunya: A Journey Home
Been so incredibly busy with work lately that I've missed writing for my Substack. I took a deliberate pause today and following a 3 hour meditation session, this little poem emerged (May 2026)
A voice beyond breath, a word Echoes in the depths of night: Shunya — the supernal calm, An ancient call homeward. Healing waves of bliss Cleanse mind’s shores And lay your path; walk bare ‘Cross shimmering, warm sands, Fear not the dark waters, You’ve touched these depths before, But memories are old friends Betrayed by master time. Approach the edge of worlds With your precious heart, Lighter than breath itself, Ready to take the plunge To Freedom.
